Moutray was wearing some of the stolen items when he was arrested, according to KMOV. He was arrested at a traffic stop which led police to his home where they found the stolen items.

“We were able to locate more than 130 items that we believe to be from multiple victims,” Maplewood Police Detective Michael Gilb told KMOV. “There are multiple agencies that are contacting us about other items that were in this residence. At this point, we’re contacting as many victims to get their items back.”
