Brentwood Police arrested an O’Fallon, Missouri, man on April 23 who was allegedly secretly filming a woman trying on swimming suits in a Brentwood Target dressing room, KMOV reports.
Matthew Foerstel, 26, is charged with invasion of privacy in the second degree and unlawful possession of a firearm. An officer found Foerstel in possession of a loaded handgun when he arrested him at Ranken Technical College.
In 2013, Foerstel served a one year sentence for “knowingly and intentionally” filming an 11-year-old girl inside a department store dressing room.
