Do you want to make a beautiful cake but are pressed for time? Deva Williamson of “The Lace Cake” will demonstrate the art of making beautiful rosettes and ruffles that will make your cake or cupcakes look like a professional made them. Ms. Williamson will provide tips, butter cream icing, bags, recipes, and handouts.
As a participant, you will be required to bring a cake, cupcakes, or a styrofoam model for practice. Also, bring something to carry your handiwork home in.
