Thom Chantharasy, owner of Robata restaurant in Maplewood, is reopening Han Lao, a Thai/Laotian restaurant he opened, then closed, on Strassner Drive in Brentwood, according to St. Louis Magazine. It’s due to open in spring.
The location is set for 7219 Manchester Road, across Manchester from his other restaurant, Robata.
The new spot will combine a 25-seat café, and a market selling sushi-grade fish, Asian spices, vegetables and meats, as well as bubble tea.
