Piano bar OK’d in Maplewood: they’re hiring

The Live Juke Joint Dueling Piano Bar got the final OK from Maplewood City Council Tuesday night, and plans to open for business at 7376 Manchester Road, Maplewood,  on Saturday, November 21.

Partner, Andrew Graefe, said they mostly just have to clean the space up.  Graefe is teaming up with Phillip “Spanky” Manaois to open the restaurant/bar. He said they still need the county inspection for the kitchen.

Graefe has been working in the space six days a week getting it ready. Manaois is a keyboard player and has been playing.

THE LIVE JUKE JOINT DUELING PIANOS is hosting a job fair on Wednesday 10-28-15 from 11 am-2 pm and 5-9 pm and on Thursday 10-29-15 from 5-9 pm. We are hiring for all positions including bartenders, servers, bussers, line cooks, ambassadors and sales. Please bring a copy of your current resume and a pen to fill out an application. We will be conducting on-site interviews. We are looking for dynamic personalities that know what it takes to provide excellent customer service.
