Airedale Antics, in Maplewood hosted its annual Easter egg hunt Sunday on the Moosylvania grounds. Pet Second Chance Corgi Rescues and Boxer House Rehab Center organized the hunt, and Airedale Antics vendors’ donated the prizes. There were lots of corgis.
Sheri Phipps, co-owner of Airedale Antics said almost all the independent pet supply stores in St. Louis have similar events for dog rescue organizations. “It’s a fun way to get some backing for the rescues,” she said.
She said Airedale Antics is planning events — inside the store — for rescue groups for Taste of Maplewood and Let them Eat Art.
