The Brentwood company, SeedGeeks, an independent, urban farm and heirloom seed company, owned by Marc and Angela Adler, announced on Facebook Monday they have purchased 50 acres — at an undisclosed location — to grow the business. It began in the Adler’s backyard.

On Facebook: “It’s been a looong search…with some major ups & downs. At times, we thought it was impossible to find what we were looking for. But, today, we’re so happy to finally announce that we’ve closed on a beautiful 50 acre tract of land that will soon become the new home of SeedGeeks heirloom seed farm! Yep, it’s official!!!”

The company offers heirloom seeds, raw honey, artisan soap, garden gifts, growing supplies, and healthy living products.
