The Maplewood Richmond Heights cross country team had a “fantastic showing” at the Class 2 District 2 meet at Spanish Lake last week, according to coach Ryan Rzeszutko.
The boys team finished third out of 10 teams and the girls team finished third out of nine teams — the top two teams advance to state.
Four individual Blue Devil runners (an MRH record) advanced to the state meet by finishing in the top 15. The state meet is at the Oak Hills Golf Center in Jefferson City on November 5. See more information.
