Brentwood and Maplewood Richmond Heights both had wrestlers qualify for the state tournament.
Brentwood’s state qualifiers:
106 – Corvon Johnson – 4th
138 – Chase Lynch – 1st
170 – Tayveon Brown – 2nd
182 – Justin Shipley – 2nd
MRH’s state qualifiers:
113 – Luke Arias – 4th
126 – Garrett Andersen – 2nd
152 – Matt Green – 1st
170 – Evan Roberts – 3rd
Out of 16 competing schools, Brentwood took fourth overall with 91.5 points. MRH took seventh, with 64. The state tournament is Thursday through Saturday at Mizzou Arena in Columbia.
