Should bicyclists beware in Maplewood? A 40 South News reader sent a photo of a sign at Blendon Place and Manchester Avenue, wondering if the city isn’t sending the wrong message.
If so, maybe University City, on Delmar Avenue, is doing the same.
That sign is in the city limits of St. Louis, not Maplewood.
