The Maplewood Police Department has reported on a residential burglary that occurred on Marshall Avenue last Thursday. A Maplewood man was charged.
On April 11, Brian Harris, 33, of Maplewood was charged through the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office with Burglary in the First Degree. Bond was set at $55,000.
On April 10, in the early afternoon hours, Harris unlawfully entered a residence in the 2900 block of Marshall Avenue. The victim was present inside the residence at the time when Harris entered. Harris ran out of the residence when confronted by the victim. With a description provided by the victim and further evidence, police soon located Harris a block away at which time he was apprehended.
