On Saturday Maplewood Richmond Heights and Brentwood track and field athletes faced 10 other schools in the Class 2 District 2 meet at Monroe High School.
David Barton, father of MRH sophomore Zach Barton, supplied these results of the MRH team, and three videos (below): 1) boys 100-meter prelims, with Zach winning, 2) boys 100 final, Zach taking first, 3) boys 4×100 relay, MRH took fourth, Brentwood won the relay.

The top four finishers in each race will move on to the sectional meet on Saturday, May 13 at Hillsboro High School. Barton said some MRH athletes had personal bests but missed the cut by just one or two spots.
