Two lots on Hicks Avenue in Richmond Heights have been combined and bought for construction of a new single-family home.
James M. Hoffmann bought 7925 and 7929 Hicks Avenue (.73 acres) for $45,000 in 2014 according to county records, and the city approved combining them for the construction of a 2,000 square-foot home in July 2016.
