Monday, Dec. 15
- Police arrested a 50-year-old man on disorderly conduct charges in the 7900 block of Manchester Road. Police responded to the above location after receiving a call that the man was causing a disturbance on a bus and refusing to pay the bus fare.
- Police arrested a 29-year-old woman for shoplifting approximately $100 in merchandise from a business in the 7300 block of Manchester.
- Police arrested three women for stealing approximately $245 in merchandise from a Maplewood Commons business.
- Police arrested a 34-year-old man for stealing approximately $361 in merchandise from a Maplewood Commons business.
- Police arrested a 34-year-old man for stealing approximately $500 in merchandise from a Maplewood Commons business.
Tuesday, Dec. 16
- Police arrested a 62-year-old woman for shoplifting approximately $150 in merchandise from a Maplewood Commons business.
- Police are investigating an assault that occurred in the 7500 block of Manchester on Dec. 16. A man reported he was assaulted by male acquaintance.
- Police arrested a 19-year-old man for stealing approximately $375 in merchandise from a Maplewood Commons business.
- Police arrested a 48-year-old man for assaulting his wife in the 2800 block of Laclede Station Road.
Wednesday, Dec. 17
- Police arrested a 35-year-old woman for stealing approximately $400 in merchandise from a Maplewood Commons business. The suspect was also found to be in possession of marijuana and cocaine.
- Police arrested a 25-year-old woman and 45-year-old man on domestic assault charges in the 7500 block of Sussex.
Thursday, Dec. 18
- A 2007 Pontiac was stolen from the 7200 block of Sarah Avenue. Between 6:30 a.m. and 6:45 a.m. the vehicle’s owner left the vehicle running to warm up. Upon returning to the vehicle she discovered it was missing. Witnesses saw a black male, approximately 5’9” 140 pounds wearing a white hooded sweatshirt and a blue bandanna, exit a maroon Dodge Ram 1500 and enter the victim’s vehicle and speed away westbound on Sarah Avenue towards Marshall.
Thursday, Dec. 18
- Police arrested a 26-year-old woman for stealing approximately $285 in merchandise from a Maplewood Commons business.
Friday, Dec. 19
- Police arrested a 17-year-old male for a drug violation in the 7500 block of Manchester.
Saturday, Dec. 20
- Police arrested a 30-year-old man for suspicion of driving while intoxicated in the 3000 block of Laclede Station resulting from an accident investigation. Charges are also pending against the driver for 2nd degree assault due to the fact a passenger in the vehicle was injured in the single car accident.
- Police arrested a 42-year-old man for shoplifting merchandise from a Maplewood Commons business.
- Police arrested a 37-year-old man for stealing approximately $130 in merchandise from a Maplewood Commons business. Police will be seeking felony charges due to the suspect’s prior theft history and convictions.
- Police arrested a 42-year-old man and a juvenile male for shoplifting approximately $180 in merchandise from a Maplewood Commons business.
- A residential burglary occurred in the 7400 block of Elm Avenue. Witnesses assisted in police in identifying a female suspect and police are currently attempting to locate the suspect who fled the scene prior to police arrival.
Sunday, Dec. 21
- Police arrested a 32-year-old woman and a 31-year old woman for shoplifting merchandise from a Maplewood Commons business.
