An All-American college linebacker (Murray State) who went on to play for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and New Orleans Saints is set to open a personal training storefront in Brentwood.
Nathan Williams, 28, has been working with clients independently for four years, and is now opening St. Louis Strength Academy, at 8617 Manchester Road.
He began with training high-level athletes, and has now expanded his reach.
“The focus is to help people become the strongest version of themselves possible, both physically and mentally,” Williams said, “whether it’s for athletics or to build a great physique or to lose weight—that’s our mission.”
He plans on opening his doors in December.
