In addition to the local resident waiting for results of their coronavirus test previously reported, another local resident (also wanting to remain anonymous) told 40 South News that they’re waiting too, and that their whole family is self-isolating.
They said, via Twitter message:
“I don’t want to be identified either. But I am extremely frustrated. I got tested on the 17th (of March) and I’m still waiting for results. Tomorrow (Saturday) will be day 11. My whole family is under quarantine.”
Another local resident, Michelle Hassemer, commented on Facebook that she was tested on the 17th and got the results on Friday—10 days total—it was negative. “It’s frustrating but I consider myself lucky,” she said.
