Two business set to open in Maplewood are likely to add to its reputation as a food and drink destination.
Side Project Cellar (7373 Marietta Avenue), a beer tasting room, is due to open Tuesday, Nov. 11, according to Sauce Magazine. Husband and wife, Cory and Karen King are co-owners. Cory is also Perennial Artisan Ales head brewer. He launched Side Project Brewing in 2013, leasing space at Perennial.
Side Project Cellar will be open Tuesday through Thursday from 3 to 10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from noon to 11 p.m.

Larder and Cupboard (7310 Manchester Road), a specialty food shop featuring locally-made cheeses and other craft products, such as seed oils from a village in Austria, is planning a ribbon cutting with the Maplewood Chamber of Commerce Nov. 18 at 5:15 p.m.
Brian Pelletier, owner of Kakao Chocolate and Cindy Higgerson are partners in the business in the former T. Rohan Interiors location. Rohan has moved his business to the second floor of the building.
Living Room, a coffee and bake shop, and Bolyard’s Meat and Provisions are also hoping to open soon at 2810 Sutton Boulevard, but no dates are set.
