Bonefish Grill opened Monday, and local media (including 40 South News) was treated to a sample lunch of Bang Bang Shrimp, Ahi Tuna Sashimi, Surf + Turf Eggs Benedict, Cilantro Lime Shrimp Salad, Surf + Turf Mixed Grill and Pumpkin Crème Brûlée for dessert accompanied by various wines and an espresso martini.
Everything was delicious and service was prompt, as would be expected. Brentwood Mayor Pat Kelly helped cut the ribbon.
The seafood restaurant is the second Bonefish in Missouri, after Kansas City.
Bonefish Grill is at 8780 Eager Road, on Brentwood Boulevard.
Hours of operation are:
- Monday – Thursday 11 a.m. – 10:30 p.m.
- Friday – Saturday 11 a.m. – 11:30 p.m.
- Sunday 10 a.m. – 9:30 p.m.
