Bonefish Grill, at the intersection of Eager Road and South Brentwood Blvd, next to Drury Inn, opens its doors at noon Monday with a ribbon cutting.
Bonefish Grill offers a selection of fish species daily such as Chilean Sea Bass and Ahi Tuna as well as meat options such as wood-grilled Rib-Eye Steak with choice of sauce such as White Truffle Butter, according to a press release.
Overall, the restaurant will have a seating capacity of 313 patrons, including 65 in the bar area and 58 on the patio. Two private dining rooms, equipped with AV connection, seating 32 guests each can be opened to seat a total of 64 guests and will be available for holiday parties, private functions and events with multiple private dining menus.
The restaurant will serve dinner nightly, lunch Monday through Saturday, and brunch on Sundays featuring a variety of eggs Benedict dishes and Crème Brulee French Toast.
Hours of operation will be:
- Monday – Thursday 11 a.m. – 10:30 p.m.
- Friday – Saturday 11 a.m. – 11:30 p.m.
- Sunday 10 a.m. – 9:30 p.m.
