The city of Brentwood reports on its website that the Brentwood Planning and Development Department received a demolition application for the Brentwood Bible Church at 8820 Lawn Avenue.
The demolition permit was approved and will be issued on July 5. Notices were mailed to all property owners within 300 feet. The city doesn’t know what the site owner would like to use the lot for, and no applications have been filed with the department.
According to St. Louis County records the property is owned by SGE Properties LLC, in Earth City, MO. It changed hands in March 2016.
