The Brentwood Architectural Review Board at it’s July 21 meeting approved the demolition of three houses on White Avenue and a developer’s plan for a house on each plot.
The houses demolished were at 8817, 8829 and 8833 White Avenue.
City staff representative Steve Larson, who was at the meeting, said there was a lengthy discussion with the developer, Mark Manlin of Kingbridge Homes, on how the three new houses needed some differences, such as colors and other details, because all three are from the same plan.
The house at 8829 White was owned by ‘Minnie’ Weise, who died at 100 in February.
