Brentwood Debate Team members were recognized at a pep assembly at the high school on Friday.
Brentwood Debate qualified eight students for the MSHSAA state tournament in April, and were the district champions in Reader’s Theater.

Also, Madhumathi Vijayalingam took second in the MSHSAA District Prose Reading to qualify for state individually, and Ben Haug and Meghan Haug were district finalists. Meghan Haug got the All-Conference Award.
