Brentwood resident Andy Moeckel was driving past the Bi-State garage on S. Brentwood early Saturday afternoon and saw a column of black smoke to the southeast; in Webster Groves in the 500 block of Clark Avenue.He went there, and found that the Brentwood Fire Department were the first to respond. Flammable material being applied to the house had ignited and caught the house’s vinyl siding on fire and also burned one of the workers. Moeckel said Shrewsbury EMS attended to the man.
