According to court and police records, at the Brentwood Target, on August 31, Joseph Mansker Jr., of Brentwood, used a hidden camera to secretly record a woman under or through her clothing without her consent.
A similar incident occurred at the Target store in May 2015, when Matthew Foerstel, of O’Fallon, Missouri, was charged with secretly filming a woman under a dressing room door as she tried on a swimsuit. Foerstel’s case has been in the county court system since then.
In Foerstel’s case, a settlement conference is scheduled for Nov. 11. Mansker is also due in court in November.
KMOV has contacted Target for comment but hasn’t received a reply.
Also in Brentwood, David Harris Jr., 25, of St. Louis, and a female companion, was charged with grabbing $7,505 worth of clothing at True Runner on March 29 and leaving the store without paying. He was interviewed while being held in the St. Louis County Justice Center on other charges, and admitted stealing the clothing, and later selling it for $1,000.
This is what happens when you let “men” into women’s dressing rooms. Hope target losses major profits in lawsuits!
Even if it’s very expensive clothing, how on earth could one person walk out with $7505 worth of clothing?
Shopping cart?
Still seems like a lot of clothes.
Double-checked. Police report says $7,505.00. A ‘female companion’ helped, according to the report. That’s been added to the post.
