Defense attorney Scott Rosenblum was arrested early Tuesday morning in Brentwood on suspicion of drunken driving after crashing his car head-on with a pickup truck, Brentwood police say, according to a report in STL Today.
Rosenblum said he was exhausted, but wouldn’t say if he had been drinking, in an interview with the Post Dispatch.

Hours before, a jury had acquitted Rosenblum’s client, Daniel Hughes, in a child molestation case involving alcohol.
Rosenblum was driving a 2013 Bentley south on South McKnight Road in Ladue when he apparently crossed the center line, Brentwood Police Major James McIntyre said.
The driver of the truck, a man, 27, was hospitalized for minor injuries.

Nice Jerry. Rosenblum is at the top of his game in his area of practice. If you were in a pinch and you could pay the freight I’m guessing he’d be your lawyer too.
I’m sorry for the truck driver, and the Bentley.
