Brentwood police have identified one of three shoplifters wanted for robbery and assault at Carter’s children’s clothing store at Brentwood Promenade on March 4.
Breaoni Hyde, 20, faces second-degree robbery charges, according to Fox2 News. Hyde “forcibly stole clothing from Carter’s clothing store by pushing the store worker” court documents state. She is being held on $25,000 bond.
Hyde is seen in a surveillance video of the incident entering the store at about 7:30 p.m. on Friday, March 4. She and the others took several items of clothing and left the store, as seen in the video. A store employee tried to stop them from leaving and was sprayed with a chemical irritant.
Brentwood police told Fox2 they have leads on the other two suspects and charges are expected soon.
