The Brentwood Planning and Zoning Commission Subcommittee on Wednesday considered changes to the McDonald’s at 1595 S. Hanley Road, including installation of side by side drive-through lanes, changes to the outside of the building, and “other site improvements.”
According to the city, the subcommittee unanimously recommended approval of the proposed changes after McDonald’s incorporates the landscape site plan recommendations by the firm, Planning and Design Studio, that it agreed to.
Further action by the city will be required for final approval.
