Brentwood Planning and Zoning Commission at its meeting on Wednesday is scheduled to consider a new 3-story office building at 200 Hanley Industrial Court, a second restaurant at 1507 S Brentwood Boulevard and a site plan for a new 7-story hotel at 1695 S. Hanley Road.
I wonder if they’ve given any thought to traffic congestion. I bet not. It’s already hardly passable at times.
How many hotels do we need in the Hanley-40 vicinity? Is there some mass influx of business travelers to this area to justify all these developments? Are they counting on pulling people out of crime riddled downtown?
