Bonefish Grill, the restaurant that will share the 3.8 acre site with the under-construction Drury Hotel, got the OK Monday night at Brentwood Board of Aldermen meeting. The vote was six “yeses” and one “absolutely” for the conditional use permit.
The restaurant and hotel will be at the southeast corner of Brentwood Boulevard and Eager Road. The restaurant will be located along Brentwood Boulevard.
Representatives from Bloomin’ Brands, the Bonefish Grill parent company, and Drury Hotels were there. They answered a few easy questions before the vote.
The restaurant is due to be completed by mid-August, but could stretch to mid-September, depending on the permitting process and weather. The hotel is also scheduled to be completed in August. They won’t necessarily be completed at the same time.
Bonefish Grill will serve lunch, brunch and dinner.
