3206 Byron Place (actually in St. Louis, Ward 24), $187,500, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, 1,723-square-feet, refinished hardwood floors, and refinished-new basement, plumbing, roof, HVAC and electric.
2024 Bellevue Avenue, $169,400, four bedrooms, 1,465 square feet home, built in 1931, full, unfinished basement, a deck, some hardwood floors
