Reggie Davis has worked at the Brentwood Schnucks for more than 20 years. She’s also a caterer, and now wants to open her own place, Café on the Park, which she’s working toward at 7310 Manchester Road. On Monday she launched a Kickstarter campaign to raise $7,000 to help her reach that goal.
“This is the dream that I’ve talked about for as long as ( the Schnucks customers) have known me, and I’ve talked about it ever since I was a little kid.” Davis said in November. “I love everything about food, from beginning to clean-up.”
