Police are searching for two carjacking suspects who targeted a woman in Brentwood, then crashed the car in north St. Louis Sunday afternoon, according to a KMOV report.

Brentwood Chief of Police Dan Fitzgerald reported the incident in his blog, The Chief’s Desk, also on Monday, with more details.

“On Saturday night, around 12:15 a.m., we received a call for a robbery that just occurred in Brentwood Forest. Two subjects approached the victim as he got out of his car. They displayed a handgun. They left the scene with the victim’s wallet and his vehicle. The victim was not injured.”
