Carvana Co., an e-commerce automotive seller that specializes in multistory vending machines for cars, will be asking the Richmond Heights City Council on Tuesday for a permit to construct a 93-foot tall, 10-tier building at 1201 S. Brentwood Boulevard.
The proposal was denied by the city’s Planning and Zoning Commission in November.
Carvana’s plan for a similar vending building in Chesterfield last year was killed by the residents’ opposition, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported.
