The Richmond Heights City Council Monday approved a bill by 6-0 to extend the completion date for the Boland Place apartments, now under construction, to June 30, 2020.
Developer, Joseph Cyr’s project at Boland and Dale, was approved in 2016. The complex is set to have 187 apartments and 358 parking spaces. See the site plans here.
Cyr was at the meeting, and he did have a slight smile on his face as he left.
Council members Reginald Finney, Ashley Metcalf and Megan Moylan were absent from the meeting.
