Renovation work is taking place at two commercial buildings in Maplewood, on Manchester Road and S. Big Bend Boulevard.
Cool Stuff moved out of 2301 S. Big Bend Boulevard in October, buying their own building in the the 5700 block of Manchester Road. They’re now doing business as Cool Stuff Period. According to the city of Maplewood, Smart Rentals property management is renovating the building for their use.
The former Nix & Associates building in the 7200 block of Manchester road is undergoing masonry repairs to the east and south sides of the building. No plans were mentioned for a new tenant.
The Massey Auction building on Sutton is being renovated for a graphic and package design/binding firm. So glad to see that Maplewood is still popular with the design community.
I think people are always curious to know who the new tenants will be when a building
is vacated, so this is good to know.
Any idea what is happening at the old Word of God Church site? I believe it was Richmond Heights Presbyterian before that. On Silverton at Lindbergh. The building is gone. Seems like a good lot for more townhomes like on Dale.
3 private homes on the site of the old church.
What is happening at the former Legion Hall, more recently Massey Auctions?
They are tearing up a lot of it.
what’s happening with the auction house, former legion post?
