The road work on S. Big Bend Boulevard in Maplewood and Richmond Heights is going into the final month of work, according to an employee of Holloran Contracting, Inc.
The employee was going door to door Monday telling businesses the company will be doing the restorative work on the street and curbs after Missouri Water Company’s work replacing a water main along the west side of the road.
Flyers stated the work will begin April 1, and the employee said it will take about 30 days. They will let businesses know a day in advance of excavation at each location. Business will have access to driveways at all times “except for a few short delays” as they lay pavement, the flyer states.
Holloran Contracting’s office number is 314-773-9400, for any concerns.
William – I don’t think it will be a full resurfacing for Big Bend, just making it smoother (drivable).
What does “clean up” in the context of this article mean? Hopefully resurfacing! The stretch between the Richmond Heights Boundary and Folk is particularly bad!
