The parcel of five lots at the corner of Folk Avenue and Big Bend Boulevard that was sold for $460,000 will be renovated and leased, according to agent Ben Cherry, of Manor Real Estate, the agency that sold the property.
Cherry said Igal Alon bought the property and intends to renovate each of the four houses and one commercial building on the parcel.
The property is zoned arterial business (AB) and could be used for caterers, liquor stores, restaurants, taverns, home and office furniture stores, carpet stores, interior decoration stores, barber and beauty shops, household appliance sales and repair shops, electronic equipment sales and repair shops are some of the approved uses for the AB district.
It can also be used as residential.
