Richmond Heights City Council met Monday night and live-reported the meeting on Twitter.
Council hears Bill #5555 amending Chapter 600.200 to include hotel lobby markets. Many hotels have small markets in their lobby area where guests can purchase items and now they may also wish to sell bottles of wine & beer. This amendment allows the City to approve such requests.

Next, Council hears the first reading of Bill #5554 approving a lot consolidation of 1501 Laclede Station Road and 7904 Elinor Avenue into one single lot. Council will hear the second reading & vote on April 1st.

The City Council has also approved a liquor license for the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel located at The Crossings at Richmond Heights. We are told they plan to open in May. Cheers!
