Dale Avenue townhomes, café, restaurant on RH P&Z agenda

Richmond Heights Plan and Zoning Commission will consider eight new townhouses proposed at 7715 – 7729 Dale Avenue at its October 18 meeting.

The public hearing for the townhouses was held at last month’s meeting. A building department employee said the comments were positive.

The project was continued by a month because rezoning was required, and that has now been considered.

Also in the Oct. 18 meeting:

• A request by Blaze Pizza, at 8039 Dale Avenue, for a permit for the sale of beer and wine. The restaurant isn’t open yet.
• Coma Coffee, at 1034 S. Brentwood Boulevard, is seeking a conditional use permit for a restaurant and event space on the first floor of the building.
• Donnal Chung, LaBelle Real Estate, is seeking site plan review and a permit to allow a café on the first floor of 6318 Clayton Road.
