Maplewood resident Robert Chandler sent photos of an accident that took place Wednesday afternoon in the 2000 block of Big Bend Boulevard.
Chandler said a car struck a pole and knocked it down. The city of Richmond Heights has not responded to say if there were any injuries or charges.
