A single-family home at 7201 Southwest Avenue, in St. Louis city, just outside of Maplewood, which was demolished in the beginning of this year, is being replaced with a duplex.
The original home was built in 1892, according to Redfin real estate site.
Flip Squad Monopoly LLC, with a mailing address in Pico Rivera, California, bought the house in August 2020 for $40,000 according the St. Louis City real estate records.
