Elegant Nails (7240 Manchester Road) is boarded up because a car crashed through front windows of the shop Monday morning.
Update: Maplewood Police report that a 35-year-old male driver was taken into custody on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and felony property damage. Charges are pending through the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.
The owner said a car caused interior damage as well when it crashed into the shop. No injuries were reported. See also: Nail salon/restaurant opens
