Discovering Public Parks in St. Louis, Missouri is a resource guide for visiting the almost 600 parks in St. Louis City and County. Listen to Nancy Carver share some of the many stories about the history of our parks, which she uncovered in her research. Nancy Carver is the great-great granddaughter of Rosalie Tilles for whom the two parks in St. Louis are named. She authored two other books, which connect the Tilles family to both St. Louis and Arkansas history. Books will be available for purchase the evening of the presentation.
