The second-annual Party on the Pavement festival will take place 5 to 10 p.m. June 5 and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. June 6 at The Heights Community Center, 8001 Dale Ave.
Free concerts will take place both days of the festival. Soulard Blues Band will play at 7 p.m. June 5 and Vote for Pedro will play at 7 p.m. June 6.
