This workshop creates an environment in which participants can find the comfort and courage to tell their story. Through guided writing and visual arts prompts, you will gain experience in expressing your thoughts and feelings through art and learn to accept the thoughts and feelings of others. This is a workshop that is open to adults and teens aged 12 years and older. This would be a great opportunity for parents and teens to share their life experiences, dreams, hopes and fears, and thoughts and ideas in an encouraging environment. Facilitated byFreedom Arts and Education Center, a not-for-profit organization focusing on helping youth in St. Louis develop their talents in the arts and academics.
