Farotto’s Italian Restaurant would like to add an outdoor patio and more parking, according to the Webster-Kirkwood Times.
The restaurant at 9523 Manchester Road in Rock Hill acquired property in the CVS pharmacy deal, and the Rock Hill Board of Aldermen are set to vote on Tuesday to approve commercial zoning for the entire lot.
Farotto’s is also in the process of buying the house behind it, at 1010 N. Rock Hill Road, for additional parking.
