A road washout on the Hanley Road onramp onto I64/40 on Dec. 31 forced St. Louis County to close both lanes. One lane was reopened later that day, St. Louis County reported.
Hanley Road's exit ramp on to eastbound I-64/40 has reopened. However, only one lane is open to traffic. (Under normal circumstances, the ramp has two lanes.)

The washout occurred on Dec. 31, as reported by KSDK.
