Jean Carnahan, Missouri’s First Lady during the 90s and the state’s first woman U.S. Senator now blogs as the Adventurous Gourmet. Her blog is called Good Food St. Louis.
Carnahan recently wrote about a visit to Boundary, the former The Restaurant at the Cheshire. She finds the name boring (referring to being on the boundary of the city/county), but loved the food, which she describes as social. She says Chef Rex Hale calls his cuisine rustic, comforting and seasonal.
The restaurant makes it easy to share. Her server made sure her party had small plates and serving spoons.
“I’m wagering that by the time you finish dessert, you’ll be thinking of this hip borderland brasserie as a place to take your friends, business associates, or your picky Aunt Martha—if you can remember the name,” she says.
They knew full well the governor was going to appoint her. They knew who they were voting for.
This is just a crap post, the people who voted for a Dead man.. Reach out but don’t reach beyond… Jezz the Carnahans are history
