Jacob K. Clover, 30, of St. Louis, has been charged with first degree robbery and armed criminal action, after threatening a hair stylist at the Promenade Great Clips in Brentwood on June 7.
According to court and police records Clover went into the Great Clips and demanded money from the stylist while holding a ‘hatchet-like tool’ and threatened to kill the stylist if he didn’t comply. Clover confessed to the crime.
