The story of Johnny being helped off the Brentwood streets and into his own apartment was the best-read story of the past seven days and six months on 40 South News. As of Sunday night it’s been read more than 3,350 times.

Dan Fitzgerald’s appointment as Brentwood Chief of Police followed. Stories about a mysterious boom, the Harper’s Pharmacy cabinets, a MetroLink payphone, a website putting up a paywall and a lost rabbit were among the remaining top 10.
